初學者一開始在練習時,很大的時間會需要一個陪練者,如果沒有教練或是朋友陪練的話就很麻煩,選擇使用發球機反而會讓初學者,不知道正常的球速是甚麼,然後也表較容易出現未打而打的現象,就會有姿勢不正確的問題,這個時候反彈板就會是一個很不錯的陪練工具,可以慢慢調整自己的力道跟姿勢,此外在反彈板上增加感測器與馬達控制,達到讓反彈板可以積分與移動,記錄自己球的落點主要區域外,移動也未續練增添不少樂趣。
If no one practice with you ,it is difficult to improve your table tennis skills. Using a board to bounce the ball back is better than table tennis self-feede, becaude the ball that comes out from self-feede is too fast for begginers. This will stop the beginners knowing what is the normal speed of the ball. Practicing with balls which have incorrect speed will let the beginners to use incorrect postures. Using the bouncing board may slow down your practice tempo, adjust your posture and the force that you use to hit the ball. There’s a motor and pressure sensor in the board, so it can move and record the score. I’m sure my board will make practicing table tennis more efficient and interesting!
